All bookings can be made directly online, via WhatsApp (+94 75 229 2629), or through email. No advance deposit or credit card pre-authorization is mandatory for initial inquiries. Once confirmed by our reservations coordinator, you will receive a digital booking voucher detailing pickup time, vehicle driver contact, and tour specifications.
We understand travel schedules change. Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure time incur zero cancellation fees. In case of severe weather or sea conditions (unsuitable surf swells or wildlife park closures), tours will be rescheduled free of charge or fully refunded.
In Kumana National Park and Pottuvil Lagoon, the safety of our guests and wildlife is paramount. Guests must remain inside safari jeeps or boat pontoons at all times unless instructed by the authorized guide. Littering, smoking inside wildlife reserves, or feeding wild animals is strictly forbidden by Sri Lanka Wildlife Conservation laws.
We accept major international credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard), bank transfers, and cash in USD, EUR, GBP, or Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) upon arrival.
